What's New for 2020
Welcome to our new and returning participants. We've planned another great event for you this year with some fresh and interesting activities.
New Walk Format
This year, the Downtown Walking Adventure will start 9:30 am at the same time as the Family Ride. There will be school spirit volunteers, photo opportunities, and other fun surprises along the route. Thank you to St. Francis for hosting a lemonade and snack stop along on walking route.
We have a costume contest for this year! Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best family or group costume
- Best school spirit costume
- Best pet costume
New Early Registration Contest
This year, our friends at Redwood Credit Union are donating a special bicycle that will be awarded to one very lucky person who registers prior to our Early Registration Deadline -- April 7. The winner will be drawn on event day. Every person who registers by close of business on April 7 will get one entry into the drawing for each participant you register.
Pre-Event Registration Pick-up
For those of you who want to skip the event day check-in lines, you can stop by the front of City Hall from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3 to pick up your packet early. City Hall is located at the intersection of Diablo Ave. and Sherman Ave. in downtown Novato right by the start/finish line for the Tour of Novato.
Back again this year is a great experience for those of you who either aren't comfortable riding on the streets or can't join us on Saturday. Our friends at CycleBar Novato in Hamilton are saving spots in their 9:00 am Sunday morning class. More times may be available depending upon the interest in this option.
New Lunch Menu from Tommy's Salsa
This year, local favorite Tommy's Salsa will be providing delicious burritos, beans and rice, chips and salsa. We will also have fresh salads and desserts.
